I know the weight gain is from water retention. I am still hanging in there.

I guess we should start working on our Thanksgiving recipes. Our Canadian friends have done a lot of work on that so we do have a background to start with.
I wonder if cranberries with splenda would be a possibility?
Cranberries (one half cup raw) have 30 calories with a total of 7 carbs ( 2 fiber and 5 sugar). A bit high compared to rhubarb. Maybe we could have one tablespoon cooked or put a few raw ones on our plate.
Any ideas??
