My scale shows that I am losing but the Doctors scale says no. I do not know what to do. But I am ill and now on predinose. The medicine that always has me gaining 10 lbs each time I am on it. So I will go back to bed and not worry about the scale difference of 20 lbs.
I will stay on the diet and will do my best.
